New but box it beat up and was sitting in storage shed for a long time box has a little bit of like classic old cardboard staining on it. It does not have the little bracket thing that bolts onto the back of it that I saw on another listing. I do not know if they normally come with that or not, and that valve may of been used before. But just note you will need that part.

ONLY EXPECT WHAT IS SHOWN IN PHOTOS! NOT SURE IF IT IS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH LITTLE METAL BRACKET ON BACK THIS DOES NOT HAVE THAT.
