You will receive the exact item you see in the accompanying pix, less the engine stand. This is not merely a "crate engine" or "complete" engine or long block. Yes, we are talking about factory distributor, and spark plug wires held together with the factory plug wire spreaders; factory engine wiring harness with the original electrical tape over the corrugated plastic loom and the original factory connectors and plugs; factory oil filter; factory labels and markings; factory vacuum lines; factory fuel injectors, fuel lines, etc etc. As an original SVT Lightning factory engine, of course this has the GT-40 heads and intake, the coveted "Lightning" intake cover, and all the other goodies that make this a special item. Is there another one of these available?

The engine has been in long-term, climate controlled storage since it was first acquired by me in the late'90s. So who would want this engine? These are also popular wherever you would install a high performance small block Ford, such as earlier- or same-era SVT Mustangs (these made more HP and gobs more torque than same-year SVT Mustang Cobras).

Our facility can sling load the crated engine onto open bed transportation. Any other type of transport will require that your shipper have a pallet jack and a liftgate.
