I did not try new batteries in this watch but it is guaranteed to run with new batteries. It is a dual time zone style, with 2 different quartz movements, and a solid 14k yellow gold case, and gold plated matching Concord buckle, all original from Concord. The watch head is a good size, for this era, and measures 33.3mm in width, without the crowns, and 35.5mm in length, lug to lug. This is new old stock, running, and ready to wear. I do not polish any silver items, as I have found that the majority of buyers prefer the original patina, left intact.
