NOS 1990's Hamilton Ref. 7040A Automatic Bubbleback Style Stainless Steel Watch

Time Pieces, Parts & More. NOS 1990's Hamilton Ref. 7040A Automatic "Bubbleback" Style Stainless Steel Watch. Recently I was lucky enough to stumble across a number of neo-vintage watches in new old stock condition. The Hamilton 7040A is a rarely seen or talked about piece circa 1990's. I doubt they made many as they rarely come to market. It has a definitely bubbleback style to it. Gorgeous tritium lume which has a warmth that really pops on the white dial.

The watch features a screw down crown which is nice. The timepiece has never been worn and band has never been fastened to a wrist. However, it has sustained some marks on the case from storage over time.

Scratches on the case, caseback and bezel (mostly on the 9 o clock side of the case). It does not have box or anything aside from the watch. I tested it with a hand wind and it is keeping great time.
