This is a pretty fantastic find, original 1936 USDA poster / chart showing how to grade lambs for slaughter. Fantastic graphics especially the font used for the header..

This is a large poster, new old stock never been used shows some signs of aging and some minor water damage spots along the side as pictured but no folds or creases.. This and a few other types were found in the basement of the massive old Swift meat packing plant in Ogden, Utah.
