This is a new never used 12 inch Chef Knife, by Sabatier made in the 70, s I have a limited number of these and when they are gone, they are gone. The model is called a Canadian, Abattre. It differs from a regular Sabatier 12 inch in that the handle slabes extend to the bolster and is very heavy (1 lb 4 oz). These knives were manufactured by the Sixth Generation. It's an ANTIQUE 12 ABATTRE KNIFE, Canadian Type (Little Bolster).
