Elgin All American made American 12 size or 45.45mm (not counting the stem, crown, or hinged bow). New Old Stock MINT condition Illinois Watch Case Company's 10 Karat Yellow Rolled Gold case with intricately engraved front & rear bezels and beautiful pen-striped case back with blank initial shield. Original MINT condition Elgin single sunk porcelain dial with black enameled Arabic hour markers and dial trim. Powered by original Elgin signed, 3/4 Nickel Plate, beautiful hand damaskeened, Model 3, Grade 345, Going Barrel, Breguet Hair Spring, 17 Jewel, Moseley micrometer regulator, Stem wind, stem set movement.
